Which Body Jail Are You In?

The Pain of Rebellion

AudraBaker.com : Personal Coach · Nutritionist · Therapist

You said goodbye to dieting a long time ago, (F-you diet culture!), and in the rebellious spirit of it all, you’ve spent a long time eating whatever you want whenever you want.

At first it felt like sweet freedom, but it doesn’t feel good anymore. You refuse to go on a diet (smart choice), but you’re also sick of feeling sugar addicted, exhausted, brain-foggy, overweight, and achy.

It's like having a 6-year old in charge of your food and you wonder if there’s a middle ground that allows you to feel lighter, healthier, and more energized without entering into another dreaded diet.

The Shackles of Restriction

AudraBaker.com : Personal Coach · Nutritionist · Therapist

The only thing that’s worked in the past was to massively restrict and meticulously count calories, macros, or points.

It felt like freedom at first because you felt in control, but the shackles of food obsession and fear of enjoying a date night dinner sent you back into "F. IT" mode and back in body jail.

It only works until you try to have a life, and since gaining the weight back you don’t want to go down that road again. And at the same time, food freedom sounds silly. You know you don’t get healthy eating unlimited donuts everyday, but you’re desperate to have a more sustainable solution.

No matter which jail you’re in,

I want you to know there

IS a way out.

There’s another way that still gives the middle finger to diet culture, and when done right,

will lead you to a healthy relationship with food and

a strong, energetic body that you actually like.
