WHAT WILL I LEARN?

I'll teach you practical tools to help you untangle emotions and eating, plus de-stress and regulate your nervous system so that you thrive this holiday season. From that starting point, we'll move into talking about how to handle holiday food, get-togethers, parties, difficult family, seeing people for the first time in a long time, and how to navigate it all.

WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU MEAN BY "MEDITATIONS AND PRACTICES"?

I'll guide you through a few simple meditations that will help ground and stabilize your nervous system. I'll also guide you through a few very easy + simple body-based practices that include gentle movement and breathing. All practices will be accessible to everyone, and you always get to decide if you want to do them or not. You're welcome to keep your camera on or off, participate, or not. You get to decide what feels good for you.

All that said, these practices are simple + powerful tools to help you feel better in your body, be less reactive, and will help you make better decisions in alignment with your values over the holiday season and beyond.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WORKSHOP HELD?

Sunday November 19 from 6pm - 7:30pm CST. This is an incredibly busy time of the year for a lot of people, so to make sure everyone can participate, we'll meet on zoom. Once you register, you'll get the zoom link delivered to you via email.

WHAT IF I CAN'T COME THAT DAY OR I CAN'T STAY FOR THE WHOLE TIME?

If you can't make it that day, you definitely want to register so that you'll get lifer access to the replays, workbook, and practices. It's also okay if you can't stay for the whole thing. The replay will be ready to roll the next day.

1.5 HOURS? REALLY?

Are you willing to invest a small amount of time so this is NOT the holiday season filled with emotional eating, numbing out, or feeling dazed and confused? What if this 1.5 hour dedication to YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH was the key that started unraveling emotional eating, overeating, binge eating, stress eating, and mindless eating?

HOW MUCH IS THE WORKSHOP?

The workshop is normally $47, but as an extension of Black Friday (and really to make this a no-brainer) IT'S FREE. THIS IS ABOUT HAVING ZERO EXCUSES TO SAYING YES TO YOURSELF.

DO I HAVE TO BE ON VIDEO? WILL OTHERS SEE ME?

The zoom room is already set up so that when you join, your camera is automatically off and you are muted. You do not have to be on video and no one will see you if you keep your video off. You can still participate and ask questions by unmuting yourself, or simply share in the chat area. You also don't have to!

For the recording, I am the only person who will be seen.

WHAT KIND OF TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED?

You need a phone, tablet, or computer with zoom downloaded on whatever device you are using. I recommend downloading zoom and making sure everything works before the workshop begins.
